Basic Massage

A slow, specific massage, that focuses on deeper layers of muscle tissue and connective tissue. This massage relieves chronic pain patterns, muscle tension and will break up and eliminate scar tissue. This massage uses a firmer pressure as well as trigger point therapy, myofascial release and assisted stretching.

Hot Stone Massage

Feel the tension melt out of your body as heated stones calm and soften tight muscles and cradle you in their warmth. Smooth stones are placed on and under the body, and used with Swedish massage techniques to increase circulation, bring nutrients to and flush toxins from your tired achy muscles - a deeply relaxing and therapeutic experience.
75 minutes   $90.00

Couple massage

This experience will leave you and your partner feeling satisfied as individuals and rejuvinated as a pair. Couples massage is a great way to introduce a partner who has never gotten a massage before in a way that makes them feel more comfortable the first time. Couples massage is an option that can be enjoyed by any two people, not just those romantically involved!
One hour: per couple:  $160.    90 minutes per couple $240.
